We are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to inspect and manufacture components and to handle large gearboxes weighing over 10T. We provide custom Gearbox solution for open gearing of machineries, thereby enhancing efficiency, reducing space and ensuring easy of maintenance. Our facility is equipped to manufacture gears up to DIN/AGMA Grade 4.
• Reverse engineering of a gearbox can be a complex and time-consuming process, requiring expertise in mechanical engineering, metrology, materials science, and manufacturing technologies. It is commonly employed when original design documentation or specifications are unavailable, when modifications or improvements are desired, or when there is a need to replicate a gearbox that is no longer in production.The procedure followed by us is shared for your reference.
