• We specialize in the area of Gearbox servicing and Reconditioning of Gearbox. We follow the process of Inspection and assessment of gearbox life, Cleaning of damaged components, reverse engineer and manufacture damaged components, reassemble and check for contact pattern and backlash and Load / No load testing of gearbox.
• The gearbox thus reconditioned, can extend the lifespan of a gearbox, improve its efficiency, and prevent potential failures. It is typically carried out by our skilled Engineers /technicians with expertise in gearbox repair and maintenance.
• We have reconditioned the gearboxes of Windmill (Pitch, Yaw and Main Gearboxes upto 2.75MW ), Cement (Ball mill gearbox), Gear boxes of Nuclear power plant up to 3.2MW.
